3-Day Return and Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We hope you love your purchase, but if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer a hassle-free 3-day return and exchange policy.

Return Policy

  1. Eligibility:

    • Items must be returned within 3 days from the date of delivery.
    • Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original tags and packaging.

  2. Return Process:

    • You will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to return your item.

  3. Shipping Charges:

    • Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping charges.
    • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

  4. Refunds:

    • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Exchange Policy

    • Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original tags and packaging.

  2. Exchange Process:

    • To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team at trendyhubspot@gmail.com or call 0331-0006652 within 3 days of receiving your order.
    • You will receive an Exchange Authorization Number (EAN) and instructions on how to return your item for an exchange.

  3. Shipping Charges:

    • Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping charges for the item to be exchanged.
    • We will cover the shipping charges for sending the exchanged item to you.

  4. Processing:

    • Once we receive and inspect the item for exchange, we will notify you of the approval and proceed with sending the new item.
    • Please allow 7-10 business days for processing and shipping the exchanged item.

Important Notes

  • Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Items purchased with gift cards will be refunded in the form of store credit.
